You may return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

To start a return, contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your order number. We'll arrange pickup or guide you to the nearest drop-off option.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method after we receive and inspect the product — for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or wallet within 7 business days.

Products damaged by misuse, or items explicitly marked as final sale, cannot be returned.

We ship to all Egyptian governorates through trusted courier partners.

Shipping fees depend on your governorate and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders of 1500 EGP or more ship free.

Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days in Greater Cairo and 3–7 business days elsewhere. We'll call you to confirm the delivery window.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a product arrives broken or defective, refuse the delivery or contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it at no cost.

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and (optionally) email.

Your data is used for order processing, delivery, and customer support. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Payment data for future online payments is processed by licensed payment providers — we do not store card numbers on our servers.

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

By placing an order on Mosaad Baba you agree to these terms. Prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include VAT where applicable.

We do our best to keep product photos, descriptions, and stock accurate. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you to replace or cancel it with a full refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the order is confirmed once our team contacts you or the order ships.

We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or repeated undelivered COD orders. Any disputes are subject to Egyptian law.
